We are looking for an Accessibility Consultant to help assess and improve the accessibility of digital products, collaborating with us on international projects.

You have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital accessibility, UX, or tech consulting (at least X years).
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG and other accessibility standards.
  • Experience in evaluating accessibility across websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
  • Familiarity with accessibility tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse).
  • Strong communication skills to present clear recommendations and work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to perform manual accessibility testing in various environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English

You will:

 

  • Evaluate the accessibility of websites, mobile apps, and digital products based on standards like WCAG, ADA, and Section 508.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve product accessibility and usability.
  • Conduct accessibility audits and testing using both automated tools and manual methods.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to integrate accessibility best practices from the start.
  • Lead workshops and training on digital accessibility for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with accessibility guidelines, trends, and technologies.
    Create detailed reports outlining accessibility issues and improvement priorities.

Good to have: 

 

  • Certifications or additional training in digital accessibility.
  • Experience in inclusive design or adapting digital platforms for people with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Project management experience.
