As an Account Manager, you will join our global team to grow the Oktana business by nurturing a portfolio of customers. You will have the opportunity to join a company at a key growth stage, measured by your ability to nurture and grow long-term mid-market and enterprise customer relationships.

 

This is a 100% remote position. You will collaborate with team members across Latin America and within the US.

You will:

  • Join a growing team focused on customer success
  • Develop a strategic account management plan focused on customer retention, nurturing and growth to provide long-term services
  • Meet with customers regularly to measure account health, discover customer business challenges and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate a pipeline that leads to revenue growth across your portfolio of accounts
  • Host Oktana QBR meetings for core customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project resourcing, kick-off and delivery
  • Partner closely with Resourcing to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and with smooth transitions
  • Understand customer needs and competitive landscape to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Training to adapt strategies to reach new markets and expand existing market share
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide customer references and collect CSAT survey responses
  • Log and report on all activities in Salesforce

Sales Account Executive

From project delivery to staff augmentation, we prepare companies for AI with technologies like Salesforce, MuleSoft and Snowflake. With 250+ team members across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the U.S., we continue to grow.

 

As we scale across technologies, we are expanding our Sales efforts. We are hiring Account Executives with specific experience selling services across any of these technologies: Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks and custom software development specifically on Heroku. This speaks to the breadth of our expertise.

 

In this role, you’ll identify and close new logo business with mid-market and enterprise customers. We have depth in high tech, healthcare, financial services and consumer goods, but our skillset is industry agnostic.

 

This is a 100% remote role. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team distributed across Latin America and the US, bringing innovative solutions to the market and jobs to your teammates.

 

You have:

 

  • Experience selling services related to any of the abovementioned technologies
  • Talent to sell to decision makers, including C-level executives
  • Ability to identify opportunities and propose services that deliver business value
  • Penchant for detail and excellent written communication skills
  • Passion to ensure a positive experience for our customers and team
  • No fear of technology or working in a dynamic atmosphere

 

You will:

 

  • Identify, develop and close on new logos to meet and exceed quota targets
  • Clearly communicate the wide-range of staff augmentation services provided
  • Manage deal cycle and deliverables including SOW and MSAs in line with compliance requirements
  • Create the foundation for long-term customer relationships in partnership with an account manager
  • Build strong relationships within our partner’s sales organization, providing value in their sales cycle
  • Log all Salesforce licensing leads to ensure ACV is attributed to Oktana
  • Track and report on pipeline status, including escalation to appropriate internal management
  • Follow-up with customers post-close
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve sales collateral and provide new customer references
