As a Customer Success Manager, you will join our global team to grow the Oktana business by nurturing a portfolio of customers. You will have the opportunity to join a company at a key growth stage, measured by your ability to nurture and grow long-term customer relationships.

This is a remote position. You will collaborate with team members across Latin America and within the US.

You will:

  • Join a growing team focused on customer success
  • Develop a strategic account management plan focused on customer retention, nurturing and growth to provide long-term services
  • Meet with customers regularly to measure account health and identify growth opportunities
  • Host Oktana QBR meetings for core customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project resourcing, kick-off and delivery
  • Partner closely with Resourcing to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and with smooth transitions
  • Understand customer needs and competitive landscape to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Training to adapt strategies to reach new markets and expand existing market share
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide customer references and collect CSAT survey responses
  • Log and report on all activities in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an account manager in B2B or software industry
  • Agency experience managing Salesforce services client relationships
  • Ability to inform account management process and manage related analytics
  • Ability to learn technical concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree complementary to role

Senior Salesforce Developer

Oktana, a Salesforce Summit Partner, is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies. Our founders have built Salesforce solutions since 2004, when Salesforce first opened its platform to developers.

At Oktana, you will join a global team of 350+ technologists to lead the development of custom applications, configurations and integrations to support customer business logic using a range of Salesforce products, including Heroku and MuleSoft. We work heavily with the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

To be successful in this role, you should be energized by sharing your passion for Salesforce. At times, you will need to be comfortable stepping into a business analyst role to help define requirements, leading efficient internal and external discussions. You should have aspirations to grow into a solutions architect.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years Salesforce development experience including proficiency in out-of-the-box functionality, Lightning web components, Apex, Visualforce and the deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodology and modern software development lifecycle best practices
  • Proactive communicator, able to build and sustain positive relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast-paced, global work environment
  • Experience mentoring and leading junior developers 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT required, or 5+ years of relevant experience

  • You are a mentor and able to lead a team of junior developers on your projects
