As a Sales Development Representative, you can join us at a critical growth stage to help us expand beyond a healthy referral business and develop new accounts across various industries, including High-Tech, Consumer Goods & Services, Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences. 

As a Sales Development Representative with Oktana, you’ll identify, contact, and set new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile). You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone an excellent fit for our services. In addition, you’ll be following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and, yes, cold-calling. You’ll be scheduling meetings for our VP of Managed Services, and as you learn more about our company and services, you’ll eventually get promotion opportunities.

 

This is a remote position, and you will collaborate with team members from across Latin America and the US.

You are:

  • Fluent/Native English is required for this role, more than all other requirements. If you feel comfortable conversing with native English speakers from the US, you fit this role.
  • You must have a minimum of one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SAAS or IT industry.

You will:

  • Use tools like Apollo.io, Hippo Video, G-Suite, Salesforce, and Dialpad, a VOIP system. 
  • In your first two weeks, you will learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, start sending emails and texts, and role-play our scripts with our leadership team. 
  • In your third and fourth weeks, you will begin to add prospects to sequences, make cold calls/send texts, and have daily call reviews with our team.
  • By week five and beyond, you will be executing at a high level demonstrating all of the best practices you have learned.

Salesforce CPQ Engineer

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role delivering large enterprise software

  • Play a critical role in managing, enhancing and leading the execution of the software release processes in the lower environments, UAT and Production. 
  • Utilize the Azure DevOps platform to manage version control of code and related artifacts. 
  • File the appropriate paperwork and attend Change Advisory Board calls to obtain approval for upcoming production deployments
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including release scope, release notes, deployment processes and post-release reporting

Salesforce Mobile Application Architect

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the internal architecture of the Salesforce mobile application, capable of writing detailed technical stories and guiding the team in the implementation of custom mobile user experiences. While a strong development background is preferred, it is not required.

 

This role focuses on architectural design, with development being executed by other team members. Candidates who only have declarative (configuration) experience with the Salesforce mobile app should not apply.
