We are looking for an experienced Web Experience Manager to support the re-platforming of the website from Drupal to a new Page Builder (WordPress) CMS.
This role is critical in ensuring a smooth migration of web content and will focus on maintaining a high-quality user experience throughout the process. This role is specifically focused on web content management and CMS transition, requiring strong organizational, communication, and production skills.
You will
- Lead and manage the migration of website content from Drupal to WordPress (Page Builder).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, content owners, and design/UX teams to ensure consistency and quality of migrated pages.
- Work with content matrices to map and track pages throughout the migration process.
- Maintain clear documentation and schedules to manage a large volume of pages efficiently.
- Ensure the new site structure, layout, and UX meet brand and performance standards.
- Assist in basic page design and support UX/UI improvements during the transition.
- Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
You have
- Proven experience in web content management, CMS transitions, and web production.
Working knowledge of Drupal and/or WordPress is highly preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing large volumes of content.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with content matrices, page layout best practices, and user experience design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in digital marketing, UX/UI design, or web analytics.
- Experience working on large-scale website migrations.
- Understanding of SEO and accessibility standards in web content.
