As Lead Account Manager, you will join our global team to grow the Oktana business across a meaningful channel. This is a player-coach role where you will manage your own portfolio of customers and coach a small team of account managers. You will provide leadership by way of refining existing processes, sharing best practices, and helping your team bring value to customer conversations.
You will have the opportunity to join a company at a key growth stage, measured by your team’s ability to nurture and grow revenue across our portfolio through expansion and referrals.
This is a 100% remote role with quarterly travel. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team distributed across Latin America and the US, bringing innovative solutions to the market and jobs to your teammates.

You will:
- Join a growing team focused on growth through customer success
- Develop a strategic account management plan focused on customer retention, nurturing and growth to provide long-term services
- Meet with customers regularly to measure account health, discover customer business challenges and identify growth opportunities including QBRs with core accounts
- Generate a pipeline that leads to revenue growth across your portfolio of accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project resourcing, kick-off and delivery
- Partner closely with Resourcing to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and with smooth transitions
- Understand customer needs and competitive landscape to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Training to adapt strategies to reach new markets and expand existing market share
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide customer references and collect CSAT survey responses
- Log and report on all activities in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as an account manager in B2B or software industry
- Previous experience in project management is helpful
- Strong networking and pre-existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem is desirable
- Ability to inform account management process and manage related analytics
- Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people
