We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a background in Salesforce projects to lead Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and removing obstacles to team success.

You will

 

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs and sprint goals.
  • Identify and remove impediments that affect the team’s ability to deliver.
  • Monitor team progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support teams in becoming self-organized and cross-functional.

You have

 

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams, preferably in Salesforce-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).

Experience in environments using SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Background in software development or technical project management.
