We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is passionate about B2B marketing and driven by the challenge of generating inbound and outbound leads. You will own many processes from start to finish and collaborate heavily with our Sales and Account Management teams. Your success will be measured based on Marketing’s contribution to our growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high energy environment.

 

To be successful, you must have a passion for messaging and content with an ability to translate technical concepts into business use cases. You will be responsible for the strategy and messaging behind campaigns run by our SDR team.

 

This role is remote but if you are in one of our office locations, we ask that you work from the office one day a week and participate in office activities to get to know the teammates you represent as we grow the company together.

You will:

 

  • Drive the lead generation process from start to finish, whether finding creative means through our website, partnering with our partners, or developing content for campaigns.
  • Manage email messaging, design and campaign strategy in partnership with outbound teams.
  • Assess our strengths, competitors and industry trends to constantly iterate on sales enablement materials, including decks and one-pagers, and related web content and portals. Factor in feedback from partners, Sales and Account Management.
  • Contribute to the research, writing and maintenance of our customer success story portfolio to showcase our expertise and archive our work.
  • Obsess over website traffic and analytics as they drive and inform on lead generation actvities.
  • Provide monthly reporting on lead generation activities and related metrics (e.g. website traffic).
  • Help manage our partner programs with Salesforce and Snowflake, guiding and project managing support from teams including Training and Account Management.

Requirements

 

  • 2-4 years of lead generation experience working at a high tech company ideally active in the U.S. market
  • Native-level English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong interest in the high tech industry and capacity to understand related products, trends and terminology
  • Comfort presenting high-level  to C-level in addition to speaking to both customers and developers
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset. You will work independently much of the time and the expectation is that you are very visible across the company based on your ownership of your responsibilities
  • You will be expected to learn how to update our WordPress website and create
