As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will collaborate and contribute to implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
This is a remote position based in Ecuador.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customization and configuration of modules such as ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and business rules to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to ensure the platform is utilized effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including core components and modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and provide training on ServiceNow best practices.
