We are seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and translate business requirements into effective solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting processes, requirements, and improvements in Salesforce, ensuring alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.

You have:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with a specific focus on Salesforce.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, workflows, automation processes, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent English skills (C1/C2 English Level)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar degrees
  • Salesforce Business Analyst certifications will be positively regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with different areas of the company to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical and functional specifications to implement in Salesforce.
  • Solution Design: Develop effective and efficient solutions in Salesforce, leveraging available tools and functionalities to enhance business processes and user experience.
  • Configuration and Customization: Utilize Salesforce’s customization capabilities to configure and tailor the platform according to identified requirements.
  • System Integration: Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems in the company, ensuring data consistency and processes alignment.
  • Testing and Validation: Perform comprehensive testing to ensure implemented solutions meet requirements and function correctly.
  •  Training and Support: Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure effective adoption and optimal usage of Salesforce.
