We are looking for an experienced Asana Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Asana configuration and administration, helping our clients optimize their project management processes. As an Asana Consultant, you will play a key role in configuring and customizing Asana to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring that the platform is efficiently implemented and aligned with organizational goals.

You have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Asana configuration and administration (at least 2-3 years).
    • Previous experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roles is required.
    • Strong understanding of project management principles and how to implement them using Asana.
    • Experience with Asana integrations
    • Familiarity with setting up workflows, creating custom fields, and using advanced features like portfolios, timelines, and reporting.
    • Ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into effective Asana solutions.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills in English

You will:

    • Lead the configuration, setup, and customization of Asana accounts for clients, tailoring the platform to meet specific business needs.
    • Provide ongoing Asana administration and support, including user access management, project setup, and integration with other tools.
    • Analyze and assess client workflows, providing expert recommendations for process optimization within Asana.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including project managers, product owners, and IT specialists) to design and implement Asana solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Asana platform.
    • Stay up to date with the latest Asana features and best practices, advising clients on new capabilities that could enhance their project management practices.
    • Prepare documentation and guides for clients, ensuring smooth handovers and easy onboarding processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Asana certification or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience with other project management tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Jira, Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
