Salesforce Quality Engineer

As a Salesforce Quality Engineer, you will join a global team of 300+ developers, testers, business analysts, architects and designers to oversee quality across an array of Salesforce projects. We will train you on Salesforce technologies to enable you to configure business tools and test custom development with efficiency and confidence. Your first milestone, which we will help you achieve, is to secure Salesforce Administrator certification.

You will collaborate heavily with team members based in Latin America from our office in downtown Charleston, West Virginia.

Qualifications

To be successful, you will need to be detail-oriented, organized and have an interest in business process optimization. You will also need:

Experience with manual testing, creating test plans and managing UAT

Junior Software Configuration Developer

As a junior software configuration developer at Oktana, you will join a global team of 300+ technologists to implement custom community portals to support our customers’ API users.

We will train you on Salesforce technologies, including MuleSoft, to help you build a career as a software configuration expert. As your knowledge and skills grow, you will work on more complex configurations. You can learn more about Salesforce careers here .

To be successful, you will need strong front-end skills including JavaScript, CSS and HTML. You will also need to have an appreciation for business process and patience to work with stakeholders who need help defining requirements. Though not expected, any experience with project management will be useful to you.

Senior Salesforce Developer

Oktana is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies. Our founders have built solutions for Salesforce since 2004, when Salesforce first opened its platform to developers. In 2022, we will be a Summit partner of the Salesforce Partner Program as well as a member of both the Salesforce.org and MuleSoft partner programs.

At Oktana, you will join a global team of 300+ technologists to lead the development of custom applications, configurations and integrations to support customer business logic using a range of Salesforce products, including Heroku and MuleSoft. We work heavily with the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
