Our nearshore and onshore team of 200+ engineers is based in offices across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the United States. We do custom software development and Salesforce integration, and we also develop business applications for the Salesforce AppExchange.
As an Administrator, you will collaborate with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the office and control the billing and payment process. Your primary goal is coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
You will:
- Partner with IT Support and operational team members, including Human Resources and the Country Manager.
- You will have administrative and operations tasks, ensuring that the rest of the staff are adequately supported to work efficiently.
- Support budgeting and accounting procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data of members of the team, and handle that information confidentially.
- Keep track of stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Partner with other Administrator team members in several countries to help improve local and company processes.
- Oversee general compliance with office security requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional in the area of Business Administration – Accounting.
- 1- 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in English.
